Mission

To give every Nigerian buyer and seller a property transaction they can trust, using AI-driven, real-time valuation built on verified, current housing data, while housing the families that the market leaves behind through below-market rent and direct rent relief.

Vision

A Nigeria where no family is left to rebuild alone, where every property transaction is verified and every valuation reflects real, current data, and where affordable, trustworthy housing is available to all, not reserved for the few who can afford to wait.

The Problem
Why this exists

Land and housing in Nigeria carry risks that shouldn't exist

Disputed titles, unverified sellers, guesswork valuations, and a housing market that prices people out of safety. We built VICJEN Housing Tech to remove these, one transaction at a time.

01

Unverified transactions

Land resale disputes and unreliable sellers cost buyers money, time, and trust.

02

Guesswork pricing

Property and building costs are often estimated informally, with no consistent data behind the number.

03

Housing out of reach

Market rates push families into instability or homelessness, especially in fast-growing cities.

Our Story
Anambra State, 2026

"We are still building the house our fathers never finished."

Victor & Jennifer

Two families, displaced years apart, rebuilding from nothing

Victor and Jennifer were both born and raised in Northern Nigeria. Insecurity forced both of their families to flee, years apart, with nothing but their lives. Jennifer's family returned to their village. Victor's family was warned they would be killed if they did not leave, and fled east to rebuild.

Both fathers started from zero, trying to put up a home for a family of six children. Both died in the middle of that effort, worn down by the weight of starting over with nothing. Today, both houses still stand unfinished, over ten years later. Jennifer's family lives in her maternal home. Victor's mother lives without a home of her own to call finished.

Victor and Jennifer met in 2021. Falling in love, they discovered they were carrying the same story. They married, and chose to build one company that could answer both of their lives at once: a real estate business with the rigor to acquire, value, and develop property properly, and the conviction to make sure fewer families are left, like theirs were, with a house that never gets finished.

VICJEN Housing Tech is that answer: a profitable, technology-driven business that funds real housing relief for families facing what Victor and Jennifer's families faced.

Our Commitment
Beyond the transaction

Shelter shouldn't depend on luck

Our commercial model is built to fund our mission, not compete with it.

Active in our pricing

10% below market rent

Every property we let is priced below average market rate, by design. This makes stable housing reachable for more families, not just the ones who can outbid the market.

Starting 2027

One family's full year of rent

Long before VICJEN Housing Tech existed, Victor and Jennifer were already paying rent for families in need and supporting causes close to their own story. In Nigeria, rent is paid yearly, not monthly, so starting in 2027, the company itself takes on that commitment: choosing one family at risk of homelessness and covering their full year's rent, every year, funded from our profit.
